A former Hop Picking barn, this large Atcost style building is located in rural Goudhurst. Planning permission exists to convert the building into 2 detached large family homes. The location, privacy and unspoilt views of the Kent countryside are some of the key features of this project. Work is due to commence in Spring 2026, with a completion timeline of 14 months.
