A former apple pickers barn, in rural Tunbridge Wells, the building was purchased with planning permission to convert into a 2 bedroom single storey barn, of around 100 sqm. We were successful in vastly enhancing the original planning permission, the final build comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a total internal floor space of 180 sqm.
