The Barn

A redundant agricultural building, in rural Tunbridge Wells, believed to be a former fruit farm workers store/living accommodation. The building was purchased with planning permission to convert into a two storey house, with car port. We made successful changes to the planning which allowed us to change the car port into more living space, and create a link between the main house and this additional living area. The final build comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a total internal floor space of 250 sqm.
